Rula Jones
was born in Texas and has lived in London, the Washington DC Metro Region, New York City, and Amsterdam. She currently resides in downtown Frederick, MD. She comes from a multicultural background having an American-born and raised Father and a  Mother who expatriated from Syria in the late 1960's. Her personal work often concerns itself with issues surrounding identity. As a contemporary art curator, she enjoys bringing together artists from all over the world to co-collaborate on exhibitions that explore various themes pertinent to contemporary society.
